Payment and Cancellation Policy

Relax n Renew Mobile Massage has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If for any reason you are not able to contact us within 24hrs, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your service scheduled.  ALL appointments must be secured with a credit or debit card.  Your card will be charged 50% at the time of scheduling, with the balance due upon completion of our service.  If you would like to change your method payment at the time of service place let your therapist know.   

We accept all major credit cards as well as mobile methods such as Cashapp and Venmo.   You may pay in full when you set your appointment time, but at least 50% must be paid when you make your appointment.

Never at any time will Relax n Renew engage in any other services that are not relevant to those stated on our website.  Relax n Renew reserves the right to cancel any treatment with or without notice and/or refund it the client is deemed to be inappropriate, disrespectful or intimidating to the therapist.
